Bill splitting for friend groups

Travel together, spend together, settle up without awkwardness.

AmigoBill splits bills fairly across trips, dinners, and everyday shared expenses — so the only thing you argue about is where to go next.

Everything your group needs to stay even

From the first taxi to the last round — AmigoBill keeps the math fair and the friendship intact.

Automatic settle-up

AmigoBill tracks what everyone spent and what everyone paid, then turns the tangle into a short list: who pays whom, and how much.

Trips and gatherings

Every expense lives inside an event, so the Barcelona trip never bleeds into Thursday poker night. Settle one and leave it alone.

Forms that fit the expense

Each category asks for what actually matters. A flight isn't a coffee, and it shouldn't be logged with the same three boxes.

Receipts stay attached

Snap the bill and it lives on the expense itself. “What was this 240 for?” has an answer three weeks later.

Multi-currency

Log the taxi in GBP and the hotel in EUR. Pick your base currency and every summary converts — no re-entry, no hand math.

AI trip planning

Name your cities and dates, get a day-by-day itinerary with times and activities — in seconds, not twelve browser tabs.

Saved plans, offline

Bookmark an itinerary and it's stored on your device — instant to open and working without a signal, which is when you need it.

Friends, by invitation

Requests go both ways, so nobody pulls you into their expense record uninvited. Add a friend once, split with them everywhere.

Three languages

English, Spanish, and Azerbaijani. Mixed-language groups are the nature of travel — everyone reads the trip in their own.

Fair in three steps

No math degree required. No group-chat accounting threads.

  1. Create a trip and invite friends

Start a trip or gathering in seconds and pull in your friends — they're saved for next time.

  2. Add expenses as they happen

Log the dinner, the taxi, the tickets — pick who shared each one and AmigoBill does the math.

  3. See who owes whom and settle up

One clear balance per person — no spreadsheets, no IOU guilt, no awkward reminders.

One trip, four currencies, one honest number

Real trips are multi-currency, and that’s exactly where a notes app falls apart. Log every expense in the currency you actually paid in, then read the whole summary in USD, EUR, GBP, or AZN.

Switching is one tap and re-frames everything — no re-entry, no conversion by hand, no stale rate copied out of a search result.

Friend groups stay friends

Money talk is awkward. AmigoBill makes it disappear.

Ten days in Lisbon, four friends, one currency change — and not a single 'who paid for what' argument. That's a first.

We use it for our house-share too. Rent, groceries, the pizza nobody admits ordering — everything just stays even.

Questions? Answered.

The things people ask before their first trip with AmigoBill.

Yes — creating trips, adding friends, and splitting expenses are all free. We may add optional premium extras later, but the core experience stays free.

Add an expense, pick a category, and choose which friends shared it. AmigoBill divides the cost among exactly those people — and splits don't have to be equal, so whoever ordered the expensive bottle can carry an extra amount on their share. It keeps a running balance per person, so at any moment you can see who owes whom.

Log every expense in the currency you actually paid in. Your summaries are then displayed in the base currency you choose — USD, EUR, GBP, or AZN — and switching it is a single tap that re-converts everything, with nothing to re-enter.

Yes. Take a photo of the bill, pick an image from your library, or attach a document from your files, and it stays on the expense itself. The app only asks for camera, photo, or file access at the moment you choose to attach something, and only receives the items you pick.

All communication with our servers uses HTTPS/TLS, and sensitive data on your device — including your login tokens — is kept in platform-provided encrypted storage (iOS Keychain, Android Keystore). Your expenses are visible to the participants of that event and to nobody else. We don't sell your data or share it with ad networks.

Not yet. Plans you bookmark are stored on your device, which makes them instant to open and usable offline — but it also means reinstalling the app or switching phones loses them. Server-synced plans are on our list.

AmigoBill is available in English, Spanish, and Azerbaijani, and you can change the language at any time from your profile.

You can deactivate your account from the Profile screen at any time. We delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period afterwards — with one exception: an expense you paid for still has to be reflected in your friends' balances, so shared records stay consistent for the people you travelled with.
